Certain transaction, security, consent, legal, warranty, or tax records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Information may remain temporarily in restricted backup systems until the applicable backup-deletion cycle is completed.

20. Medical and HIPAA Notice

Meraj is a consumer wellness product operated by Social Operative Inc and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Unless Social Operative Inc enters into a separate written agreement stating otherwise, neither Social Operative Inc nor Meraj acts as a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or business associate under HIPAA.
